How are picks generated?
Every weekday at US close we ingest fresh prices, fundamentals, insider Form 4 filings, news with sentiment, and options chains. We score each stock on 17 factors, combine them into a weighted composite, and publish the top 10 longs and bottom 5 avoids with ATR-based targets and stops.
Why should I trust the backtest?
Honestly, with healthy skepticism. We publish the caveats: universe is current S&P 500 plus Nasdaq-100 (survivorship bias), no transaction costs, single 12-month window. The Sharpe 4.75 is inflated by all three. Trust the live ledger more than the backtest, because the live ledger has none of those biases.
What data sources do you use?
Yahoo Finance v8 (prices, options chains) via Chrome impersonation, SEC EDGAR (fundamentals, Form 4 insider trades), OpenInsider (insider cluster signals), Finnhub (news, earnings calendar), Anthropic Claude Haiku (sentiment + catalyst extraction). All data is free or already paid for.
How often are picks updated?
Daily, after US market close (22:30 UTC). The full pipeline runs prices, options, factors, composite scoring, picks, and track-record update in sequence.
What about pricing?
